as i left my last note here before going off for some intensive preparations for the big showdown, starting next Friday, I would like to say a big THANK YOU to my faithful readers!

The finals are approaching in a week’s time and i’ve been immersing myself in all those never-ending mugging sessions. Just to relieve the stress a little bit, I’ve put up some awesome videos of danceflow in the 舞林大道 competition. They are my favourite dancers so far and their efforts, skills and talents are very much commendable. check out their flawless groovy moves!

Today’s topic is being happy with life.
I just realised that many people around me are complaining a lot about their lives. about school, about work, about family, about exams, about all the nitty-gritty things.
I used to do that as well. But I’m tired from all the complaining and thus, decided to look at the better side of life.
Presently, I’m really happy at the moment, even though the finals are just 3 weeks away and the stress is rapidly creeping into my life.
First of all, Lee Hom’s Music Man Concert 2008 was a blast!
It was an all visual and audio sensational performance, which makes you just wanna groove your body to the upbeat music. Not forgetting his amazing Bahamut electric guitar, the sound was astonishing! I was taken aback when the sound just penetrated through the whole stadium, making your hair stand with every note coming out from that solid instrument. I guess it’s worth the USD30,000. I was so looking forward to his violin performance, and he didn’t disappoint me with what he delievered. Such mesmerizing performance! I would seriously be very touched if a guy could play the violin for me, as well as Lee Hom.

I definitely enjoyed myself this time round at his concert. Finally, I get the chance to see his live performance, after waiting for 2 whole years. I’ll most probably be going his next concert, and the next time round, I’m going to grab up the front section seats and get really high! hahah…
And now, let me introduce to you the reason why i’m taking communications and new media and not the other majors that are being offered.
Cause it is such an interesting major, with lots of funny videos to watch and analyse and realise that ultimately, new media has opened up many avenues for us to be creative with words and feelings! HAHA!
the song is stuck in my head now and im loving new media totally, from this point of my life.
